When we say "Once upon a time" what we're reffering to? It's an unreal time? or something that may have ocurred in the past?

I realized of 3 things this week:


1) It's better to hear than to start speaking,


2) If u are in hurry and someone asks for your help at that moment, help him. God retributes it later on for sure, but don't think in the reward, surprises are better.
